1. Who we are
Visuora is a graphic and brand design service operated by Huskky Creative Services PVT LTD. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through visuora.in, our enquiry forms, the client portal and email notifications sent from notify.visuora.in.
2. Enquiry data
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, business name, phone, WhatsApp, email, city, industry, service interest, budget range and any project notes you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up.
3. Client account data
When you become a client we maintain a profile with business details, contact information and account status so we can serve your design requests, send quotations and invoices, and provide ongoing brand support.
4. Uploaded files and assets
Files you upload (logos, references, raw photos, brand assets) are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only you and our admin team can access your files; other clients cannot see them.
5. Payment and invoice data
We store invoice records, payment amounts, payment dates, payment methods and reference numbers. We do not store card or bank credentials — payments processed through any payment gateway are handled by that gateway under its own terms.
6. Email notifications
Transactional emails about your quotations, invoices, payments and design requests are sent from notify.visuora.in. We log delivery status (sent, failed) for operational reliability. We do not send marketing emails to client accounts without consent.
7. Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security so each client account can only access its own records. Admin access is restricted and audited.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers required to operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment gateways) and when required by law.
9. Data retention
We retain enquiry, account, project and invoice records for as long as the business relationship is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of inactive data at any time.
