1. Service scope
Visuora provides graphic and brand design services — including logos, brand kits, social media creatives, print, packaging, corporate decks, mockups and monthly brand support — as described in the active quotation or plan.
2. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate brief details, brand assets, content, approvals and timely feedback. Delays in feedback may shift the agreed delivery date by an equivalent amount.
3. Payment terms
All payments are processed securely online through our payment provider (Lovable Payments / Stripe). Visuora does not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or any payment credentials. Services start only after successful online payment is confirmed by the provider — failed or cancelled payments do not activate any plan or project. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, one-time projects require 50% advance to start work and the balance before final delivery; monthly plans are billed in advance for the upcoming cycle. Payment provider fees, gateway charges, and applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) may apply where required by law.
4. Revision policy
Each quotation specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond that limit may be billed at our standard rate or as quoted.
5. Delivery timelines
Estimated timelines are quoted per project and depend on prompt feedback, approvals and complete inputs. Standard delivery is by email or through the client portal.
6. 2-hour express delivery
2-hour express delivery applies only to eligible single creative requests submitted with complete inputs during business hours. Express delivery is offered on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed during holidays, outages or high-load periods.
7. Source files
Final delivery files (PNG, JPG, PDF) are included by default. Editable source files (AI, PSD, Figma, Canva) are delivered only when explicitly listed in the quotation or for an additional fee.
8. Print approval
For any printed deliverable, the client is responsible for approving the final proof before sending it to print. Visuora is not liable for printing errors, colour mismatches or production costs arising from approved files.
9. Intellectual property
On full payment, the client receives usage rights for the final delivered designs for the intended business purpose. Visuora retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
10. Cancellation
Either party may end an active engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable; the refund policy governs amounts already paid.
11. Limitation of liability
Visuora's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or the most recent monthly cycle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Website projects — domain, hosting & third-party services
Domain, hosting, business email, premium themes/plugins, payment gateway charges, and other third-party tools are separate from website design fees and are billed by their respective providers unless included in the quotation. The client is responsible for renewing domain, hosting, email, and third-party subscriptions unless Visuora is contracted to manage them under an active maintenance agreement.
13. Website delivery, content responsibility & launch approval
Website delivery timelines begin after content, brand assets, domain/hosting details, and advance payment confirmation are received. The client must review and approve content, spelling, contact details, legal details, links, and functionality before final launch. Visuora is not responsible for third-party provider downtime, domain expiry, hosting issues, plugin/service changes, or payment gateway provider issues unless covered under an active maintenance agreement. Post-launch updates are chargeable unless covered by a maintenance plan. Final website handover and access transfer happens after full payment.
